Brutal Landscape features images of colorful crystals which I photographed and restructured to resemble densely populated living spaces. The series reflects on the transformation of landscapes over the years, where open fields and skies have been replaced by tightly packed urban environments. The images convey a sense of confinement through the lack of greenery, the close proximity and uniformity of buildings, and the towering concrete structures. This form of architecture has now become a sought-after, somewhat affordable option for the middle class, marking a shift in communal and urban living. Each image in the series is composed of multiple frames.
